At the Railwest we want you to have the home that is perfect for you and your family, so we don't want to put to many restrictions on what kind of home your can built. We do have some guildlines that must be followed:

All homes have to be single family dewelings. All homes must be larger than 1,500 sq. ft. All unattached structures must match the home. All buildings must comply with Moberly codes and regulations. Please contact the City of Moberly for more information about building codes.
